Georgia Mother Alleges Baby Decapitated During Delivery

A 20-year-old mother filed a lawsuit, claiming that an obstetrician essentially decapitated her baby during delivery.  According to the mother, the doctor used excessive force on her baby’s head and neck, causing multiple fractures to the baby’s skull, spine, and facial bones, leading to decapitation.  The mother further alleges that the healthcare provider tried to conceal what happened.

The medical center involved stated that privacy laws prevent them from discussing the care and treatment of specific patients. They denied the mother’s allegations and alleged that the obstetrician who delivered the baby is not employed by the hospital.

Stay tuned for updates.
